How do I get the 30 day money-back refund?

To request the refund, submit a ticket by emailing billing@lightboundhosting.com

You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation.  We will try to apply the refund within one business day, but please allow up to 15 days for the refund to post to your credit card.
